Techaze processes personal data in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018) and other applicable regulations. Data is collected and used only when necessary to deliver the contracted services, always for a legitimate purpose and with transparency and proportionality.
When acting as a data processor, we strictly follow the instructions of the controller. When acting as a controller, we ensure data subjects have rights such as access, correction, deletion and clarification about how their data is used.
Third Parties and Infrastructure
We use established infrastructure and technology providers, applying technical and contractual criteria to ensure appropriate levels of security, availability and data protection. Third-party access is restricted, monitored and granted only when strictly necessary.
Awareness and Responsibility
Information security is a shared responsibility. Techaze promotes good internal practices, technical awareness and periodic process reviews to ensure the continuous improvement of its security program.
